At A Flash Flood of Gear, we stand by the quality of our electronics. If your gear isn't performing to your standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Gear

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous postage markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
